Inês Cosmetics is a luxury DIY cluster lash extension brand. We supply professional-quality lash products for at-home use, designed for customers who wish to achieve salon-worthy results in the comfort of their own home.

All products sold by Inês Cosmetics are intended for cosmetic use only. Our cluster lash extensions are
designed for DIY application and are not a substitute for professional lash services.

a. Product Information

• We reserve the right to update product formulations, packaging, or descriptions without prior notice.
• Products are sold as individual items or as part of bundles as described at the time of purchase.

b. Intended Use
Our lash products are for external cosmetic use only. By purchasing, you confirm that you:
• Are not allergic to the ingredients listed in our product descriptions.
• Have performed a patch test before full application if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
• Will follow the application instructions provided with the product.

Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We
reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

a. Pricing
• All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect

b.  Payment
• Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.
• We accept payment via the methods available at checkout.
• All transactions are processed securely. We do not store card details.

Shipping & Delivery

a. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

b. Delivery
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond
our control.
• Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch.

c. International Orders
Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their
country. These charges are not included in the product price.

Returns & Refunds

a. Eligibility
Due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. We will only accept returns where:

• The item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
• The item is unused, in its original sealed packaging, and returned within 14 days of receipt.

b. How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We will advise you on next steps.

c. Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Health, Safety & Allergy

Disclaimer
Our products contain cosmetic adhesives and ingredients that may cause reactions in some individuals.
Please read all ingredient lists carefully before use.

• Always perform a patch test 24–48 hours before full application.
• Do not use if you have known sensitivities to lash adhesives, formaldehyde-releasing agents, or related compounds.
• Inês Cosmetics is not liable for reactions resulting from failure to patch test, misuse, or failure to follow application instructions.
• If you experience irritation, redness, or swelling, remove the lashes immediately and seek medical advice.
• Our products are not suitable for use on or near the eyes of persons under 16 years of age.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, social media platforms, and product packaging — including images, videos, branding, and copy — is the intellectual property of Inês Cosmetics and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inês Cosmetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
